Welcome to our site! Morning Star Home Health Care, Inc. is a family owned, non-medical, in-home health care company that has been serving seniors since 1991. We are located in Bethalto, Illinois and care for seniors in Madison and Jersey counties.
We are licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and are fully insured. We are also a member of the Riverbend Growth Association. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week...even on holidays! We employ Certified Nurses Aides, Homemakers and Sitters who have been trained to care for seniors in their home. We match our employees to our clients based on their individual needs.

Kathy & Randy Marmino
OWNERS
Kathy & Randy bring over 31 years of Senior Home Care experience to the company. After spending decades working in the home health care industry, Kathy and Randy know what truly makes clients happy and how to connect clients to the perfect caregivers. They grew up in the area and have remained life long residents. "Most of our family lives nearby - we have always taken care of each other and we enjoy doing the same for our clientele.” On any given day you may find Kathy baking fresh pies and Randy delivering them to clients on his Harley. Be sure to ask for a slice when you schedule a consultation!
Annette Bartels
DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Anette earned a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Illinois University. She is a Social Worker with over 30 years experience in Senior Home Care. Her sense of professionalism and expertise are highlighted on a daily basis. You just may get lucky enough to speak to her during the day-she is a sweetheart!
Cody Land
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
As Director of Marketing, Cody maintains & manages the regular posting schedule of content across all social media platforms, tracks statistics & key insights of all accounts including Facebook & Google Ads. He creates specific content & promotional items for advertisement as well as monitors the latest key trends. Cody is also responsible for any employee support when using company tools & training, tech support & new employee onboarding.
